The Biennal of Genova,  invited The Catalonian Lace Association ACP,  to participate in the Exhibition and Congres wihich took place from 11th to 30th November in Genoa.

The ACP will contributed to the Exhibition with traditional  Catalonian  laces: Ret-fi or Puntes d'Arenys, Laces from l'Arboç and Black laces from the Baix LLobregat  and contemporary  laces representing the different modernist elements of our architecture, so admired worl wide. The exhibition was completed with and audiovisual and a speech of our executive president: Mª Jesús Gonzalez

Our member nr. 4484, Antje Gonzalez, has self published a new lace magazine (English and Spanish) which will appear every four months, three issues per year, Its name: "Twist and Cross". Its purpose: That both, readers and lacers, experts or beginers, will be able to enjoy reviving this popular and beloved art that cannot let die.
Twist and Cross seeks to fill the big informative and educational gap existing in Spain in the field of bobbin lace. The magazine includes interesting articles, original designs, diagrammes in color for different levels and using a variety of techniques from different countries.

Datatêxtil is since issue nr. 24, the magazine of the Circle of Tèxtil and Fashion Museums in Catalunya.

As a result of the collaboration agreement signed between the Centre for Documentation and Terrassa Textile Museum, the Lace Museum of  Arenys de Mar and the Museum Textile of Premia de Mar, the magazine started a new way in which the three museums work together sharing knowledge and experience and spreading the textile heritage from different aspects, such as fabric, clothing, tips, prints, etc..
